Axix Visitor cloud software subscriptions for visitor management, QR check-in, kiosk workflows, and host alerts.

Each subscription grants login access to our hosted platform for the subscribing organization. Usage limits depend on the plan selected at checkout.

Billing model

Recurring subscription billing — monthly or annual — charged in advance until cancelled. Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated on the product pricing page or in a signed enterprise agreement.

Refund policy

14-day unconditional money-back guarantee on paid SaaS subscription Transactions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of the Transaction date — no usage or other qualifiers. Full policy: /legal/refund

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@axixtechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing

Card and alternative payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), as shown during checkout. Paddle may handle tax, invoicing, and card statement descriptors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your card statement may display the product name shown during checkout. Subscriptions are sold to businesses only.

Available payment methods are determined by the Merchant of Record based on buyer country, currency, eligibility, and applicable payment methods. Wire transfer may be arranged separately for eligible enterprise accounts.
